Puhtamaid valikuid tehes saad suve\u00f5htuid nautida ilma, et ohverdaksid enda heaolu ja vormi.<\/strong><\/p>

Ise marinaade valmistades tead t\u00e4pselt mis nende sisse l\u00e4heb ja tegelikult on need ka maitsvamad kui valmis keemiapommid.   • Maitseks teravad \u00fcrdid ja v\u00fcrtsid \u2013 sibul, k\u00fc\u00fcslauk, pipar, chilli, madala naatriumisisaldusega sojakaste jne.<\/li>
  • Tilk \u00f5li mahlasuse lisamiseks (maitsestamata jogurti ja peti puhul v\u00f5ib selle v\u00e4lja j\u00e4tta)<\/li>
  • Piisavalt aega, et protsess toimiks.<\/li><\/ul>

    Suve\u00f5htu kokteil<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>
